Ok, this blog is being posted a little late, but like the saying goes, better late than never, right?!!
And there's no time like the present, so it's time for me to proclaim my goals for September! I've got 4 main goals I want to work with this month, so let's get this party started.
I want my eating window to be 8 AM - 8 PM, which means I will be fasting for at least 12 hours every day. This may seem like nothing, but I always seem to snack on something around 9 or 9:30 PM. It's time for me to kick that habit.
I also want to get outside first thing in the morning and get some morning sun on my body to kick start my hormones and wake my body up at the cellular level.
I've been working out most every day for the past little while. It feels good. I'd like more of my workouts to be done outside, so I will put outdoor workouts into my weekly calendar. Mornings are the best time for me to workout, but literally yesterday was crazy and...
If you've been following us for a while, you know we're obsessed with creating goals for ourselves and for helping you create goals for yourself. And the beginning of the month is a great opportunity for you to sit down and write down some goals you would like to achieve this month.
A goal without a plan is just a wish.
I encourage you to grab a pen and your journal so you can write down some goals you would like to accomplish this month. As you write them out, make sure they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.
