Fast with Marzia

Usually I would never do a fast because I live a healthy lifestyle, BUT now at 46 the middle age middle is a real thing. I was starting to gain weight in my waist and look square. My waist went from my normal 27 inches to 33 inches.

I am pretty disciplined in my healthy lifestyle but I knew my metabolism was slowing down due to age. My skin texture on my face went from oily to dry. My supple hydrated thick skin on my body started showing signs of thinning and a loss of collagen. I had cellulite on my calves and my triceps due to my thinning skin. I knew I had to do something.

We can’t postpone aging, but we can try preventive things as we go through life. I have been into anti-aging for the past 10 years and decided to read the book The Longevity Diet about fasting for anti-aging and it peaked my curiosity.
