We are going to count the number of plants we eat over the next 7 days! It's super simple and we created our Plant Tracker for you to download to log your plants!
Here are the simple and fun rules:

- Record the different plants you consume with each meal. Only track the plant one time (if you eat spinach several times during the week, you only count it once on the tracker). You will see that all whole foods count: veggies, fruits, nuts & seeds, beans & legumes, whole grains, fresh herbs & spices (not the powdered ones that have been processed though).
