Jacque's Morning Routine

 

My morning routine actually starts the night before. You read that right: the night before. I lay my workout clothes out the night before so I literally don't have to think about what to put on for my workouts.

After I go to the bathroom and turn off my alarm, I head to the kitchen to drink 16 - 32 oz of water. This wakes up my system in the morning and gets my body going, if you know what I mean. LOL

I digress...after hydrating I do my workout. I change up my workout every day - from weights, yoga, pilates, active living, to walking/running outside. I'm currently in the last week of LIIT and I'm feeling the burn! 

I'm ready for my hydration after my workout. So more water is definitely happening, but this is also when I make an Ultimate Elixir for both me and my husband. It's the evolution of the multivitamin and we have both been taking it for 2 years. My husband has mentioned (multiple times) that he hasn't been sick in a long time....coincidence?! ...

You can't out supplement a bad diet. So make sure you're eating a predominately plant based diet.

Have you noticed something I have not had yet? If you thought coffee, you're my kind of girl. Coffee is next on my agenda and I always make it with one scoop of Ultimate Shrooms. It's getting close to 8:30 AM by now, which means it's time for me to log on to my women's meeting. I seriously love this meeting. It's when I get my daily dose of gratitude, hope, and a swift kick in my arse when I need one. 

After my meeting is when I finally make myself breakfast. It varies most days, but I've been slightly obsessed with a version of our blondies that are in our week 4 Plant Plates  recipe eBook in LIIT. They are sooooo delish!!

I take my Love Complement multi-vitamin with breakfast. If you are eating a plant based diet, or if you are over 50, I recommend this supplement. It has Vitamin B 12 in it, which you will need.
