This year's theme for NNM is Celebrate a World of Flavors. This theme showcases how flavors from cultures around the world is a tasty way to nourish ourselves and appreciate our diversity. We are all unique with different bodies, goals, backgrounds, and tastes!
My Dad is from Mexico, and some of my favorite foods are the Mexican foods I grew up on (this is Marzia). But those foods weren't necessarily the healthiest.
I love experimenting in the kitchen and playing around with some of my favorite non-vegan dishes and making them #PlantChicsApproved.
